The REFITTING process constitutes a highly skilled operation. Its aim is to preserve and highlight the aesthetic, functional and historical values of traditional ships and is therefore based on respect for original materials anddocuments.
Placing these as the basic principles for each process, the shipyard follows the project from beginning to completion, without neglecting important phases such as historical and cultural research, the fundamental basis of a good restoration work.
All the necessary operations can be carried out in the workshop of Cantieri Sangermani; this is how a Sangermani yacht can be renovated at any time and brought back to its maximum splendor.
Classic boats, that are boats built after 1950 with materials such as wood or metal, have different needs compared to new constructions; due to their nature they are often of historical value, i.e. they are those boats built at least 25 years ago which have achieved sporting merits or present technical innovations of importance for the time.
The works to be carried out on this type of vessel are demanding and require excellent manual skills and extensive knowledge of traditional construction techniques, all peculiarities of the Sangermani shipyards.
Those who are lucky enough to restore a vintage boat can count on the centuries-old experience of Cantieri Sangermani in the choice and processing of wood, it is the best solution for this type of works.

It is thanks to the know-how acquired over the course of more than a century of history and the attention to detail that has always distinguished Cantieri Sangermani, that various vintage yachts such as the Leudo San Marco, the 12 meter S.I. Tomahawk, they are back to the sea again.
Repair
Sangermani Shypiard are a team of highly qualified craftsmen with experience in all types of repairs, able to undertake a full range of projects, including carpentry, plant engineering, engineering, metalworking, teak deck creation, painting, design and composite work on yachts up to 45 meters in size.
Maintenance
No other product can enhance the finish of your yacht like a properly applied quality paint.
For this reason at Sangermani Shypiard we still do things the old way. We only use processes tested and improved over time, constantly dedicating ourselves to preparation and control, without looking for shortcuts
