While most yachts nowadays are produced on assembly lines, all of our yachts are built by hand, one piece at a time.
It’s a time-consuming method, but only in this way we can create high-quality boats that last for generations.
This high level of craftsmanship has never allowed mass production with its tendency to create stereotyped models, therefore, even if the organization of the work is planned on the basis of modern criteria, no more than two or three boats leave the yard every year.
Today the majority of Sangermani yachts are made of wood and carbonfibre ”Xilon 3OOO3 patent”, a combination of materials with an excellent technical and aesthetic result: a Sangermani yacht is as rigid as a steel monolith and, at the same time, as light as a racing boat.
All the stainless steel and carbon fiber deck equipment are designed and custom-made by Sangermani. The accessories are installed with through screws and protective reinforcements, such as the functional steel and teak bollards on their fiber base. All horizontal surfaces are covered with teak slats with a minimum height of 15 millimetres.
